Fits the 1.4-liter engine of :

• Myth from 2008 to 2018
• Juliet from 2010 to 2020

The cup allows about 2 liters more lubricant capacity than the standard cup.

Supplied with : cup, the inner anti-skid bulkhead, screws, accessories and aluminum loading cap.

One of the main problems of sports engines is engine oil heat. High temperature is the cause of many damages, such as wear of mechanical components, micro seizures leading to loss of engine torque, abnormal consumption, and loss of engine oil characteristics.

For this reason, on each engine, the lubricant amount is determined by the manufacturer with great care. In the specific case of the 500 Abarth and Punto Abarth this value is at the limit. The Abarth’s oil pan is sized for stock power and thus in the case of higher power uses may be undersized.

Under these conditions of use there would be a sharp rise in temperature in a very short time, and the oil, unable to cool during its working cycle, would deteriorate very quickly.
