Sprintfilter air filters are made with a polyester filter surface.

Polyester has the following advantages :

– durability : does not tend to fray or spoil like paper filters and therefore does not require frequent replacement.

– high permeability : polyester filters are able to allow more air to pass through than an equivalent cotton filter

– reduced maintenance : to clean them, just blow them with a jet of air in the opposite direction to the engine intake. They should NOT be oiled or washed in water.
